Curious about what to expect out of an Aerial, Pole DANCING, or Yoga class?

-
Absolutely not! We try not to refer to our classes as fitness classes. Classes are an awesome way to shape up a discipline. If the body gets in shape while doing so, that’s a super bonus. You also do not have to be flexible, or a specific gender, or anything in particular. If you have a body, you are qualified to take a class.
-
Not really. If you see a class with “All Ages” in the title, this means you can expect to see children in the class. This usually occurs in Aerial Hammock classes because we offer circus camps, and our circus kids are qualified to move with adults in regularly scheduled classes. For Pole classes, we suggest students are at least 16 years old. Yoga, Barre, and Flex classes are predominantly adult.

▹ For Aerial classes, it’s important to wear Yoga pants and be mindful that you will be likely going upside down so your top should reflect that. No jewelry or perfume in Aerial classes, please.
▹ For Pole Dancing classes, you will need short shorts and a bra top or something that allows for the skin on your waist and legs to connect with the pole. Knee pads may also be necessary, depending on the class. If you like to dance in heels, you can bring them for freestyle. Also, no jewelry or lotion, please.
▹ For Yoga, Barre, and Flexibility classes, you’ll need to bring your own yoga mat. We provide blankets and props. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a water bottle and, in warmer months, a towel for sweat!
-
We give five minutes at the end of class to film your freestyle or progress. No filming is allowed during class.

Yes. You can book any of these types of experiences by contacting us here.

Nope. Not at all. Most of our students start dancing when they come to class. This can be you, too! If you’re a seasoned dancer, that’s great as well, but it is not a prerequisite. Our motto is, if not now, then when?

We are in Blooming Grove, New York on Route 94 between Chester and Washingtonville. The studio is around the back of the barn, with ample parking. Look for the double gold doors. For more FAQ’s, please head on over to this page.
